HOW TO PARTICIPATE
airasia rewards points conversion raffle promo (“Promo”) is an online raffle promotion organized by Biglife Philippines Inc. (“airasia rewards”) in concurrence with the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”). By joining the Promo, the participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to comply with and abide by these Terms and Conditions. The decisions of airasia rewards for all matters relating to the Promo shall be final and binding in all respects.
The Promo Period is valid from June 1 to 30, 2022.

The airasia rewards points conversion raffle promo is open to ALL individuals residing in the Philippines before and during the Promo Period and who made a points conversion transaction in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
A. Qualifying as an AirAsia Member
All airasia members who perform a conversion between 12:01 AM of June 1, 2022, to 11:59 PM of June 30, 2022 are automatically eligible to participate in the airasia rewards points conversion raffle promo.
B. General Terms
1. This “airasia rewards points conversion raffle promo” [“Promo”] is organised by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. (“airasia rewards”) and BIGLIFE Philippines Inc. (“BPI”) [“Organisers”].
2. By participating in this Promo, all participants [“Participants”] will be deemed to have read, understood, and expressly agreed to be bound by the Terms & Conditions of this Promo as stated herein and any additional terms and conditions stipulated by the Organiser (as may be applicable) including the decisions of the Organisers in all matters related thereto.
3. Information on how to participate in this Promo forms part of these conditions of entry. Registration for and/or participation in this Promo is deemed as acceptance of the conditions of entry. Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions is a condition of entry.
4. This Promo runs from 1st June 2022 00:00 (GMT +8) until 30th June 2022, 23:59 (GMT+8) (both dates inclusive), unless advised otherwise by the Organisers (“Promo Period”). The Organisers reserve the right to amend or extend the duration of the Promo at any time as deemed fit.
5. To qualify and participate in the Promo, Participants must fulfill the following requirements (“Promo Requirements”):
o Must be an existing airasia rewards Member (having subscribed and registered for membership under the loyalty and rewards program operated by BIGLIFE Sdn. Bhd. under the name “airasia rewards”) and have a unique registration number known as the “airasia Member ID” issued by airasia rewards at the point of participation in the Promo;
o Hold valid loyalty membership accounts offered by RCBC Bankard
o Must be located in the Philippines only (based on the Internet Protocol geo- location detected); and
o Convert any of the Organiser’s Partner’s rewards points into airasia Points by contacting the respective Organiser’s Partners (which can be found on airasia’s website) on their respective platforms or via hotline, or via airasia Xchange platform on the airasia mobile application (collectively referred to as the “Dedicated Platform”), during the Campaign Period to be entitled to the following:
i. one (1) entry to the raffle to stand a chance to win any one of the following prizes (“Prize”): -
1 x Grand Prize of 50,000 airasia points each
4x Special Prize of 25,000 airasia points each
ii. subject to the availability of, bonus airasia points (“Bonus airasia points”) not exceeding 20,000 Bonus airasia points per eligible Participant, based on the category of the Participants as stipulated below:-

|100% of the airasia points received after conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s points pursuant to this Campaign.|
|Existing airasia points converters
(A Participant who has performed a minimum of one time conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s points to airasia points through either of the Dedicated Platforms since registration as an airasia member and is now performing subsequent conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s points to airasia points through the airasia xchange platform (i.e via instant and/or point code conversion)
|50% of the airasia points received after conversion of Organiser’s Partner’s points pursuant to this Campaign.|
6. Only successful conversions (subject to fulfilment of Clause 5 above) made during the Campaign Period via the Dedicated Platform will be deemed as qualified for the raffle. Unsuccessful conversions pursuant to this Campaign will be disqualified without notice to Participants.
7. The participating airasia Member can only win once.
8. The winner will receive an email notification containing their prize and the details of prize redemption through their registered airasia Member email address.
9. Unclaimed prizes sixty (60) days after notification will be forfeited in favor of Biglife Philippines Inc. with prior approval from DTI.
10. The airasia points are valid for 2 years upon claiming by the winner.
11. The winner will shoulder the tax of the prize above Php 10,000.00
12. AirAsia may require proof of identity of the holder but nothing herein obliges AirAsia under any circumstances to enquire, ascertain, or investigate the identity of any person.
13. The prize is not re-sellable but may be assigned to family and/or friends subject to the Terms and Conditions.
14. The prize is not convertible to cash, and not for sale.
15. The Organisers reserve the absolute right, at any time, to verify the validity of the conversion, transaction, entries and eligibility of Participants. Without limitation, Participants agree to provide a copy of necessary documents to the Organisers upon request. The Organisers’ decision in relation to all aspects of the Promo are final, binding and conclusive under any circumstances and no correspondence nor appeal will be entertained.
16. If for any reason this Promo is unable to proceed, including but not limited due to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud or any other causes beyond the control of the Organisers which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promo, the Organisers reserve the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promo at any time as it deems fit.
17. The Organisers, their respective subsidiaries, affiliates and associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this Promo, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law).
18. The Terms and Conditions contained herein shall prevail over any inconsistent terms, conditions, provisions or representation contained in any other promotional or advertising materials for the Promo.
19. With the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry, the Organisers reserve the absolute right to vary, delete or add to any of these Terms and Conditions (wholly or in part) from time to time without any prior notice to the Participants.
20. These Terms and Conditions may be translated into other languages. In the event of inconsistencies between these Terms and Conditions and the translated versions, the English version shall prevail.
22. The airasia Points cannot be reversed or be exchanged for cash. Once converted, the points conversion request cannot be revoked or reverted.
23. Usage of airasia Points is subject to airasia Rewards Membership Terms and Conditions which can be found at www.airasia.com.
24. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Philippines.
