Service Fee for Foreign Currency Transactions For Peso Cards, 3.50% representing the Mastercard/Visa/JCB/UnionPay assessment fees and the Bank's service fee. For foreign currency transactions converted to Philippine Peso at point of sale, whether executed in the Philippines, abroad or online, a service fee of 2.25% shall be applied to transactions amounting to ₱1,000 and up, or its foreign currency equivalent.

For Dollar Cards, 3.50% representing the Mastercard/ Visa/JCB/UnionPay assessment fees and the Bank's service fee. For transactions using currency other than US$ converted to US$ at point of sale, whether executed in the Philippines, abroad or online, a service fee of 2.25% shall be applied to transactions amounting to US$20 and up, or its foreign currency equivalent.

Quasi-Cash Fee
(for products like money transfer, prepaid card/virtual account loading, tax payments, securities investments, etc.)

Gaming / Casino Service Fee 5% of every transaction or ₱1,000 (US$25 for dollar cards), whichever is higher.
Cash Loan and YourCash! Processing Fee ₱250 if preferred cash disbursement is through RCBC bank deposit and ₱350 for non-RCBC bank deposit or check delivery. A reprocessing fee of ₱150 will be charged for errors on Recipient Account Details.

Multiple Payment Fee ₱40 for every payment in excess of 3 payments within a statement cycle in non-RCBC payment channels:

Dormancy Fee ₱200 per month to be charged to a) active accounts with negative balance and no activity for 24 months, b) blocked/closed accounts with negative balance and no activity for 3 months
Over Limit ₱600/US$12 to be charged at any time when the outstanding balance plus unbilled installment exceeds the permanent credit limit. The Over Limit Fee will be charged once within the statement cycle.

Minimum Amount Due Computed as (Total Statement Balance – Transactions Posted on the Current Statement - Amount Past Due – Current Late Charge) * 3% + (Amount Past Due + Current Late Charge + Current Over Limit Amount) OR ₱500/US$15 whichever is higher. For Peso-Denominated Cards, the Minimum Amount Due is the rounded down to the nearest multiple amount of ₱100 for computed payment amount between ₱500 – ₱1,000, ₱500 for computed payment amount between ₱1,000 to ₱3,000 and ₱1,000 for computed payment amount above ₱3,000. For Dollar-Denominated Card, the Minimum Amount Due is the rounded down to the nearest multiple amount of US$1 for computed amount between US$15 – US$100 and US$10 for computed amount above US$100.
If you pay any amount less than the Closing Balance/Total Amount Due or make a cash advance transaction, interest charge at the interest rate of your card will be computed on the Daily Outstanding Balance of your account (including any fixed monthly installment amount/s) from the date of the transactions until the end of the current statement period.
