Promo Mechanics

  1. The promo is open to all RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are active and current excluding Corporate and Dollar.
  2. Raffle promo period is from May 15 to August 15, 2022.
  3. To qualify for the raffle, the cardholder must enroll in Fast BillsPay Auto-Charge via the RCBC Digital App. 
    How to enroll a biller:
    1. Register or log in to the RCBC Digital app.
    2. Tap your RCBC Bankard credit card account.
    3. Select Bills Payment and choose Manage Billers.
    4. Click the + icon on the top right of the screen and Choose Enroll Auto-Charge Biller.
    5. Select from the list of Auto-Charge Billers and input the biller information.
    6. Save and you're done!

  1. Cardholders can only win ONCE within the raffle promo period.
  2. The raffle promo winners cannot choose the model and color of the World Travel Luggage as the items are subject to availability.
  3. The announcement of winners will be published on RCBC Bankard’s official Facebook page, and website and will be notified via their registered mail and a call to get their preferred delivery address of the prize.
  4. RCBC Bankard shall have the absolute discretion to approve or reject the payment request. The Cardholder understands that in case RCBC Bankard rejects the payment of bill/s on grounds such as, but not limited to, insufficient available credit line, overdue balance, invalid subscriber/policyholder number, incorrect amount or suspension by the utility/insurance companies, and/or RCBC Bankard, the Cardholder shall pay the corresponding amount of his bill/s directly to the Company. In such cases, the Cardholder shall hold RCBC Bankard and the utility/insurance companies free and harmless from any damage for the suspension or cancellation of service, or penalties or interest that the cardholder may incur, directly or indirectly, by reason of such rejection or cancellation.
  5. By availing of Fast BillsPay, the Cardholder agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions of the facility.
  6. Employees of RCBC and RCBC Bankard and participating outlets including their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to from joining the promotion.
  7. Prizes not claimed within sixty (60) days from receipt of notice will be forfeited in favor of RCBC Bankard with prior approval of the DTI.
