1. The promo is open to all RCBC Bankard cardholders whose accounts are active and in good credit standing.
2. Promo period is from May 15 to July 31, 2020. For Metro Manila deliveries only.
3. Cardholders can avail of 10% Rebate when they book a service via MyKuya website at www.mykuya.com or the official My Kuya mobile app: http://go.mykuya.com/get with their RCBC Bankard using the code MYKUYARCBC10.
*To avail, type code MYKUYARCBC10 in the 'special instructions' section while booking the job to avail of the 10% Rebate and choose credit card as mode of payment.
4. The 10% rebate will only be applicable on the cardholder’s first two (2) transactions with MyKuya. This is for new and existing MyKuya users who fulfill the following criteria:
• User has no transaction – qualified for two (2) 10% Rebates
• User has at least one (1) transaction – qualified for one (1) 10% Rebate
5. The Rebate will be given through MyKuya’s in-app credits (MyKoins) to be transferred to the cardholder’s MyKuya account within 72 hours of the transaction. The cardholder will then be notified via his/her MyKuya registered email.
6. For questions and concerns on the crediting of the discount rebates, the cardholder may contact MyKuya’s help center at https://help.mykuya.com.
7. The promo is not valid in conjunction with existing promotional offers of RCBC Bankard and MyKuya.
8. In case of disputes related to the promo, the decision of MyKuya and RCBC Bankard shall be conclusive in concurrence with DTI. All questions or disputes regarding the Cardholder’s eligibility for the promo shall be resolved by RCBC Bankard.
