Advisory on Payment Holiday for Your Cash accounts

Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with our fellow Filipinos who were battered by Typhoon Odette.

To ease some of the burdens, we are extending a Payment Holiday option for qualified Your Cash cardholders in good credit standing who live in severely affected areas*.

Your Cash Cardholders who are unable to make a payment on their due date can make a payment thirty (30) days after. Your Cash monthly amortization will be extended for 1 month. The previously posted monthly amortizations will be reversed and be reposted according to the adjusted new end of installment term.

To illustrate:
Monthly Amortization : ₱10,000
Term of Loan = 6 months
Original end of installment : April 2022
New end of installment term: May 2022 (moved by 1 month)

Reversal of posted Monthly Installment Amortization:
Monthly Amortization due on December/January 16 = ₱10,000 2/6

Reposting of Monthly Installment Amortization:
Monthly Amortization due on December/January 16 = ₱10,000 2/6

The deferment of monthly interest amortization will have an Interest Accrual. The computation of the Interest Accrual will be based on the interest portion of monthly amortization deferred.

Coming from the illustration, below interest accrual amount will be reflected after January 16: Monthly Installment Amortization Interest 2/6 : ₱500

For cardholders who prefer to settle their dues, we encourage you to pay through your bank’s digital channels or preferred e-Wallet.

Qualified cardholders will be sent an advisory via eDM and SMS for the Payment Holiday details.

*Areas covered by Payment Holiday
