Advisory on Payment Holiday
Our hearts, thoughts, and prayers are with our fellow Filipinos who were battered by Typhoon Odette.
To ease some of the burdens, we are extending a Payment Holiday option for qualified cardholders in good credit standing who live in severely affected areas*:
*Note that the list of areas may be expanded.
Cardholders who are unable to make a payment on their due date can make a payment thirty (30) days after. Any late charge posted will be reversed.
For cardholders who prefer to settle their dues, we encourage you to pay through your bank’s digital channels or preferred e-Wallet.
Qualified cardholders will be sent an advisory via eDM and SMS for the Payment Holiday details.
|REMINDERS: The Payment Holiday applies to due dates from December 15, 2021 to January 14, 2022 of qualified cardholders. Unpaid outstanding balances will incur interest. The Late Payment Fee will be reversed.|
